I grew up in Los Angeles, California and attended the University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration.  Following graduation, I embarked on a career in real estate, specializing in hospitality and healthcare. Throughout my career, I represented numerous restaurant chains and celebrity chefs, assisting them in locating and negotiating suitable premises for their businesses. Later, I transitioned into the healthcare sector, where I successfully negotiated the acquisition of several hospitals, supervised the leasing and build-out of medical offices, pharmacy space and outpatient clinics.  After relocation to Florida I joined Neal VanDeRee and Associates, a real estate firm based in Venice, Florida.
